This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use AutoDrip through our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

• Account and identifiers: We may collect information you provide when you create an account or sign in, such as an email address (including Apple "Hide My Email"), and other identifiers made available by your sign-in method. We also assign and store a unique user identifier (UUID) to operate the Services.
• Referral Information: If you use a referral code or share code to access the Services, we collect that code to validate your access and link your usage to the referring user's account for entitlement purposes.
• Support communications: If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (e.g., messages, screenshots, or attachments).

B. User content (photos and generated images)

• Uploaded photos you submit to the Services.
• Generated images produced by the Services.
• Related metadata (e.g., timestamps, generation status, internal IDs, model/version info).

We store uploaded and generated images to provide features such as history, re-runs/rerolls, and re-downloads. All associated data is deleted if you request account deletion.

C. Automatically collected information

• Device and app info: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and similar technical data.
• Usage and diagnostics: feature interactions, logs, and error/diagnostic data.
• Network info: IP address and approximate location derived from IP (typically city/region level), and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Services: including image generation, saving uploads and outputs, enabling rerolls, validating referral codes, and maintaining history.
• Process payments: and provide paid features (including subscriptions and one-time purchases).
• Maintain security: prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms.
• Improve and develop the Services: including improving quality, performance, and reliability.
• Communicate with you: support, important service notices, and transactional messages.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

AutoDrip uses Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting, storage, and infrastructure, and uses Google Gemini services for certain AI-related functionality.

When you submit a photo for processing, your content may be processed on our systems and/or through Google services we use to provide the output.

4. Training and Improvement Use of Images

We store uploaded photos and generated images. We may use stored content to improve and develop AutoDrip, including potentially for training or evaluation of future models and features.

If and when we use user content for training or model improvement beyond providing the Services, we will do so consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Biometric Data: We do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers (such as faceprints) for the purpose of uniquely identifying you, and we do not sell biometric data.

5. Verification Data & Public Visibility

If you choose to make a generation public via the "Drip Check" feature or by toggling privacy settings in your ledger, the associated images (input and output) and metadata (timestamps, authenticity status) will be publicly accessible to anyone who possesses the Reference ID or Transaction ID.

By default, all generations are private and cannot be verified by third parties unless you explicitly enable public visibility.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

A. With service providers (processors)

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, including:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): hosting, storage, infrastructure; multi-region deployments.
• Google Gemini: AI processing where applicable.
• RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management.
• Stripe: web payments processing.

B. For legal, safety, and security reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with applicable law, prevent fraud, or protect the rights and safety of AutoDrip and its users.

7. Payments

Mobile app purchases may be processed by Apple App Store and/or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple or Google. Website purchases are processed via Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe handles payment card processing.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information and user content for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes. Images and generated content are retained while your account is active. If you request account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us at support@autodrip.app. We may need to verify your request and identity.

10. International Users

AutoDrip is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other jurisdictions. We use multi-region cloud infrastructure, meaning your information may be stored and processed in multiple geographic regions.

11. California Privacy Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies to California residents. We collect Categories including: Identifiers (email, UUID), User Content (photos), and Commercial Information (purchase status via RevenueCat/Stripe). We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights to know or delete, contact support@autodrip.app.

12. European/UK Privacy Notice (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases for processing include Contractual Necessity (to provide the app features) and Legitimate Interests (fraud prevention, improvement). You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Contact support@autodrip.app to exercise these rights.
