Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AutoDrip application (the "Service"), provided by Rood Solar, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoDrip is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered image editing tool that allows users to upload photographs and apply aesthetic enhancements. You understand that the Service utilizes third-party AI technologies (including Google Gemini) to process and generate content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register with the Service. Access may be restricted via a referral code system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content & AI Training

You retain ownership of any images you upload ("Input Content"). However, by uploading Content to the Service, you grant Rood Solar, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such Content for the purposes of:

• Providing and operating the Service;
• Improving and training our AI models and algorithms;
• Marketing and promoting the Service (with your explicit permission for specific assets).

We retain Content associated with your account until you request deletion. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share the Input Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Authenticity Check Tool

The Drip Check tool allows verification of images processed by our Service. A "Verified" status confirms only that the image was generated by our platform corresponding to the provided ID.

The "Original Source" tag indicates that the input image was captured directly via the in-app camera feature without external modification before upload. We do not guarantee the authenticity of the physical subject matter depicted, only the digital origin of the file within our system.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or share content that:

• Is illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, or promotes sexual violence;
• Depicts minors in a sexual or suggestive manner (CSAM);
• Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination;
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others (including deepfakes of non-consenting individuals).

We reserve the right to ban users and report illegal content to authorities in compliance with applicable laws.

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses experimental AI technology. Output generation is probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected results. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the generated images for any specific purpose.

8. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of the Service require payment for virtual credits ("Drips"). All fees are stated in US Dollars. Subscription-based Drips accumulate month-to-month as long as your subscription remains active.

Refund Policy: Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, please contact support@autodrip.app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rood Solar, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
